Join me starting Monday, January 30th from 6 to 9pm for ten weeks at Ivories Jazz Lounge located between 14th & 15th and N.W. Flanders in the Pearl District for a Jazz Singer's Workshop concentrating on PHRASING, the real secret to singing jazz authentically. This targeted workshop will focus on Specific Rhythmic and Open Phrasing. It will help you make the connection between what you hear, what you see in music notation, and how to perform it. We will also study key jazz phrases musicians use to improvise.
