| The song Short People was recorded to highlight an issue I feel very strongly about - hate. The intention of the song is to demonstrate the lunacy of disliking someone over their height, color, size, or any other physical attribute a person may possess. I would hope that we have evolved enough as a species to see beyond the physical trappings of our exteriors and accept and possibly even appreciate each other as we are. Music is my vehicle to express and communicate what I value and I have attempted to commmunicate my opposition to the kind of thinking that keeps all of us in fear of each other. |
